Alldressforms Family Dress
Forms Ordering Help and Important Information |
Important:
The shipper (my wholesaler) acknowledges your order.
The process is this: he contacts the manufacturer and
gets the order into the queue. They in turn get it
packed and give the manufacturer a track by reference
number. He emails this to me. I send it to you and then
you keep tracking by reference number until you see a
tracking number. Most life sized dress forms are now
shipped via FedEx.
How to order:
Each dress form must be ordered separately.
Please email your zip code
and the specific item number, item name, size and color
(if applicable). We will send you a separate invoice for
each dress form. The invoice will include the price of
the dress form and the shipping and handling charges for
it. You will receive a bill from orders @
sunrise - melodies dot com (no spaces) that must be paid
before we ship your order. The below information only
applies to our line of Family Dress Forms.

Delivery schedule:
You must
allow from two to three business days from the day after you place
your order for it to be ready for shipment. It may take
up to seven business days to arrive at your location.
Rush
orders are $15.00. This charge places your order ahead
of the rest of our orders. It does NOT pay for expedited shipping.
Our family mannequins and dress forms are usually shipped via
FedEx ground.
If you need your order quickly, please email us with
whether you want overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day shipping.
We will send a bill that must be paid before we ship
your order. We are on eastern standard time. You must
keep that in mind if you are on the West Coast or
anywhere else but eastern standard time. We do not work
24/7.
Expedited shipping is much more reliable than standard
ground shipping. Please remember that paying for a
rush order does not cover the added shipping costs
for overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day shipping.
Orders are shipped via the USPS Priority Mail for
PO Boxes, international orders, APO/FPO addresses and
Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico/other US territories (non 48
states). This delivery schedule only applies to our
line of family dress forms. |
Shipping
charges:
Shipping costs are approximately between $12.00 and
$60.00 for each item
depending on the style, size and weight and which state
your order will be
delivered to. |
Exchanges and
returns:
No returns or exchanges without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER. Shipping and handling charges will not be
refunded. Customers are responsible for paying for the
shipping of all returns or exchanges.
You must email us with your name, order number and the
item you are sending back. Returns must be sent back in
the original packaging with no marks
on the boxes or the merchandise. All parts you received
must be returned with the merchandise. DO NOT SEND
ANYTHING BACK UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM US. WE WILL NOT
ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES DELIVERED TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS.
OUR WAREHOUSE IS IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION FROM OUR
OFFICES.
Any return that is not in its original packaging will
not be refunded. There is a 25% restocking fee for
each returned product. If you are doing an exchange, you
must pay for shipping the product to you again. |
Merchandise that arrives damaged:
If a dress form arrives damaged, you must contact us
WITHIN FIVE (5) CALENDAR DAYS after receipt of the
merchandise.
Send email with your name, order number and the name and
number of the item you are sending back. It must be sent
back in the original packaging with no marks
on the boxes or the merchandise.
All parts you received must be returned with the
merchandise. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK UNTIL YOU HEAR
FROM US. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES DELIVERED
TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. OUR WAREHOUSE IS IN A DIFFERENT
LOCATION FROM OUR OFFICES.
Upon receipt of the product in all of its original
packaging and with all parts included, we will ship a
replacement of the form you originally ordered. |
